EmpowerTech Learning & Support exists to make technology feel approachable and useful, not frustrating. I work with older adults, individual learners, and development teams, always with the same goals: clarity, patience, and practical progress.

I’m Carl Kashnier, a technical instructor and software engineer based in Medina, Ohio. I’ve worked professionally with PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and modern web tools, and I’ve spent many hours helping people who don’t consider themselves “technical” feel more at home with technology.
